Scientists Identify Record-Breaking Fish

The world's tiniest fish has been identified by scientists. This minute creature, referred to as the "stout infantfish", is not only the smallest fish but is in fact the smallest vertebrate as well. The stout infantfish, which grows to a mere length of about a quarter of an inch, inhabits Australia's Great Barrier reef.
