Swimming With Dolphins Helps Alleviate Symptoms of Depression

A recent study published in the British Medical Journal examined the effect that swimming with dolphins had on patients suffering from depression. The study revealed that depressed patients experienced improvement in their condition after swimming with dolphins. Researchers attribute the improvement to the positive emotional effects that the dolphins evoked in the patients.
