Caecilians (Order Gymnophiona) have smooth skin, long bodies, and no legs. These amphibians resemble large earthworms (for which they are often mistaken) since they have annular grooves which form segments along the length of their body.
What are Caecilians?
Caecilians are a group of amphibians (Order Gymnophiona) that have no limbs. They are related to frogs, toads, and salamanders.
